At EvolveFitnessNYC we offer 2 class types. Each is personalized to your fitness needs and goals
BOOTCAMP STYLE TRAINING (316 E. 53RD STREET; 3RD FLOOR)
Evolve Bootcamp (open to all levels!) classes are 30 minutes of non-stop activity. We focus on workouts that target the total body through an emphasis on strength, core, and cardio. These classes are intense, but customizable to all levels of fitness, whether it is your first time on the mat or you are a seasoned vet. You will leave this class sweaty, exhausted, and accomplished. No two classes are the same in order to shock the body and keep things interesting. Stay for one class, or book multiple!

SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING (109 E. 50TH ST. -BASEMENT LEVEL, ST. BARTH'S):
Our Semi- Private Group Training (open to all levels!) class holds no more than 3 to 5 individuals at a time. The small class sizes allow us to give one-on-one attention and personalize each workout. You want to focus on those arms or that six pack? This is where you can make that request. Most importantly you will have a great personalized experience without the astronomical prices of other fitness studios.
